• Yes it will work if you have the new rectangular power input jack or the older round connector as well.

• Box says “works with: Acer, Asus, Compaq, Dell, E-Machines, Fujitsu, Gateway, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba” and the box also says “Find your match at: http:/bbyurl.us/tipfinder “. Also, double check directly with Best Buy, but I’m pretty sure their return policy would allow you to return it if it did not function per the packaging instructions.
