“When you pull out a tray to remove food, do you need to hold onto the tray or does it remain flat?”

• Yo can use the same tool that pulls the basket so you don’t burn yourself but if it comes out to more than half way it can fall down if is not held

• The trays remains flat when handled, but they are very thin and if you have a lot of food they can become bent or distorted in shape, especially if you are just holding them by the edges. Also, since they have been holding food the entire time you cook, they will be burning to touch, just like a regular oven, and you will need oven mitts or similar to handle them.
