Will this work with a Dell Latitude 5501? null

After looking over the specifications for the Dell Latitude 5501 it appears that it does have a Thunderbolt 3 port. However there is no mention of the Thunderbolt 3 supporting Power Delivery which is needed in order to use a Type-C power adapter with the laptop. I would check with the computer manufacturer to verify if the laptop supports Power Delivery which is needed for the 100W Super Charger. Thank you.
