Depending which Koobee phone you have, it will need to support a USB Type-C connection with DisplayPort v1.2 Alt Mode features to transmit audio and video signals. I believe most Koobee phones support a Micro USB v2.0 port. Without a USB Type-C port, the USB-C to 4K HDMI Cable will not be compatible.
