Can I use this to play videos off my Alcatel 7 phone null

You can use it from your alcatel 7 phone is your phone has USB C type charger. If you have the micro or mini usb it will not work.

Unfortunately, the Alcatel is not compatible with Dp alt-mode which is required in order for the JCC153G to work.
