“Is this an USB 2.0 OR 3.0? Does it work to convert the HDMI to an USB? I use 2 monitors with an extended screen in my computer, both monitors are HDMI, one is at the HDMI port, the other one I have to use at the VGA or USB port. Will the USB work?”

The USB-A is a 2.0 on the JDA214 that it's purpose is for audio.
