Unfortunately, I’ve found that a lot of (esp. “Budget-friendly”) BT headphones aren’t designed to be used with computers—only with phones. Sometimes this leads to sound issues, other times shoddy connectivity. Unfortunately, I don’t believe this is fixable—though it’s not unique to the specific product, but to the class of product.
