Hi Rhude- thanks for your question about the Jabra Elite 75t. At this time, the feature to use either earbud will unfortunately not come as expected in Jabra Elite 75t or Active 75t. Jabra has been working on establishing the feature, but the user experience and quality did not live up to the level that Jabra wants to offer.
