• Hi DebraR- thanks so much for your interest in the Jabra Elite 75t! The device is fairly light with both earbuds weighing 5.5 grams each and the charging case weighing 35 grams. Furthermore, with the proper fit, the earbuds should not fall out while you are exercising. We hope this helped!

• They are very comfortable for passive listening. They do not stay in my ear during workout especially running.
