Have you updated the firmware on them? When I got mine there was a update already showing up in the App. So I did that before ever using them and my 75t work as expected, but I do find the left bud is dependent on the right one (maybe because when it first connected I put the right one in first). IF the right one starts to come loose though, the left will cut out. All in all mine are working well, I probably need to play around with the silicone covers, I think my left buds fit is perfect but my right needs to be bigger.
