“I've paired earbuds with every device in my home and no issue. But I'm having issues with the sound when paired to my Samsung TV it doesn't allow me to increase the sound via remote or earbuds”

I've never tried to connect the two directly but what I do is have my earbuds connected to phone (Note 10) then through the smart things app, had the audio of the tv play through my phone wich in turn plays through my earbuds.
