“Will keeping the earbuds with full charge in the charging case overcharge the earbuds? I understand that keeping the charging case connected to power for a long period of time after it has full charge will wear down the battery faster. Earbuds?”

Hi - Keeping the Jabra Elite 75t inside of their fully charged Charging Case will not overcharge the EarBuds. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I keep mine in the charger, whenever I am home. The case has protective circuitry, to turn the current off that's going to the earpieces, once it senses that the earbuds are charged to full capacity.
