“I've never used wireless headphones before. I tried these on with the smallest rubber part and it will not stay in my left ear. My husband even tried sticking it in my ear. Is there anything I can do?”

Hi there- The Jabra Elite 75t was designed to fit most ear sizes and shapes. We appreciate that you have tried all of the provided ear gels supplied with the Elite 75t to find the best fit. With some trial and error, most users are able to find a secure and comfortable fit of the earbuds, and it is rare when a user is not able to find a fit that is right for them. Would you mind posting a photo wearing the earbuds? This feedback is valuable to us, and we would like to pass it along to our product development team. In the meantime, if you have not already, we hope that you will consider mixing and matching ear gel sizes. This may help as no two ears are exactly alike. The earbuds will also need to be twisted into the ear canals to create a proper seal. We want to ensure that you are having the best experience possible with your Elite 75t.
