QuestionI dont like using the same ear as my main ear for a device (like with the 65t) is the usage interchangeable? Can I pick up the ledt ear bud to do a call/music and then later use my right bud?

- Answer Hi Interchangeable, thank you for your question, as of right now, if you want to use just one earbud on the Elite 75t, it will have to be the right earbud as that is the primary earbud. We are planning on releasing a firmware update by mid 2020 which will allow you to select which earbud you would like to make the primary and which you would like to make the dependent.

QuestionWhen the independent firmware comes out next year, what will the controls be like when just having only the left earbud in, or only the right earbud in? Like can you do volume up/down, use voice assistance, and skipping tracks? Or will it be limited?

QuestionIs anyone else having a connection issues with the left bud? I constantly lose connection and I’ve already returned one pair thinking that would solve the issue. Please help! Deleting the app and resetting the buds helped a little bit it still cuts out!

- Answer Have you updated the firmware on them? When I got mine there was a update already showing up in the App. So I did that before ever using them and my 75t work as expected, but I do find the left bud is dependent on the right one (maybe because when it first connected I put the right one in first). IF the right one starts to come loose though, the left will cut out. All in all mine are working well, I probably need to play around with the silicone covers, I think my left buds fit is perfect but my right needs to be bigger.

- Answer Hi there! Thank you for this question. You may control the Right Earbud by answer, end, reject, volume up, activate (Siri/Google,etc). The Left Earbud is where you can control the press, play, next track, mute, and side tone (on/off). Thanks again!

QuestionSo with my 65t my biggest problem when talking on the phone was that the person on the other end had trouble hearing me because they can hear everything around me louder than my voice like as if i had the phone on speaker. Is this fixed with 75t?

QuestionMy Jabra 75t is 2 days old, Day 1 OUTSTANDING call and Music, Day 2 Caller is Garbled ( like a broken robot ) I have Unpaired and Paired again ( problem still exists ) I have Reset them ( problem still exist ) Music works Great , How do I resolve ??

- Answer Did you do the firmware update on them? Mine had a firmware update on day 1 after I received them. So I did that before ever using them and I have had no problem.

- Answer I am going to try Comply ear buds which are the moldable earbuds replacements. I have a set on my other earbuds and have loved the comfort in these and never fall out in my case. Of course everyone is different, so you can try or research them and try for yourself. They're about 20usd from the site directly.
