Yes. You can select them in the Bluetooth options on the watch. I used the ones I had that way and it worked really well!

Yes, connects right away, easy to control with iwatch. I have my favorite playlist saved on my iwatch so no need for phone on walks or gym.

I have a Fossil Gen4 WearOS and it works fine with my watch without having to bring my phone. Since they are BT 5.0 they can pair simultaneously to your phone and watch. Mine switches seamlessly from using my phone and watch.
