Q: QuestionI work in a very noisy environment and people have trouble hearing me on a call. I can hear other people, but they have trouble hearing me. How are these for calling in a noisy environment?

• A:Answer They're aren't the best for the noise cancelation talking. They more so for cancelation of your surroundings. Also can still maintain awareness.

YES » The 75s have a 2 year warranty through Jabra - and it's super easy to register them, I believe as long as you register them with Jabra they will replace them for you if something goes wrong… KINDA » when you say "trade in program" I think you might be confusing this program with the optional Best Buy warranty (so if you bought the optional Best Buy warranty you can take them to any store and swap them for something else).

Q: QuestionDoes anyone else find the ANC on these is completely ineffective? Yes, I have them in my ear correctly, yes I have updated them. Switching to ANC makes no difference.

• A:Answer If you absolutely hear no difference it’s definitely defective. I would go exchange them and see if that confirms it. I feel like the ANC is one of the better ones on the market imo. However, I had to exchange my pair as well but not because of ANC it was more of a blutooth connection issue where it would disconnect and connect repeatedly.

• A:Answer That would all depend ho much your pillow pushes into the earbud. I would think it would be best to move the pillow more towards the top of the head just so your ear isnt pressed into it.

• A:Answer For me, these do NOT work with the laptop (windows based). I am assuming that you might have issues with the desktop PC as well. With Samsung galaxy it works MOST of the times but often it gets disconnected for some reason.

• A:Answer I have been using my Jabra Elite Active 75T TW headphones for Zoom calls, without any problem. I even bought a pair for my sister, who is frequently on Zoom calls for work. When she uses them on our family calls, the sound from her headphones' mic sounds great, and she has started using these headphones for her video calls from work because she likes them so much. I haven't used them specifically with Microsoft Teams, but for Zoom calls, watching TV or movies, or listening to music, they work great without timing out or shutting off (they only do that if they are not being used for a while). I also like these headphones because they can connect to two devices at the same time, so I can use them with my phone if I happen to be getting a call while watching a movie on my tablet. The bluetooth range is not huge but is perfectly adequate for all the things I require of my headphones.
