“How many watts can the 290 bring in via solar/ac plug. I’m familiar with the 240 which could do like 48 watts through solar and 39 when plugged in. I saw you recommended a 100w panel for the 290 though as opposed to 60w like the 240. How come? Thanks.”

Just a recommendation from others who have the jackery to use 100 watt panel. I am not sure why. Time issue?

Since we use high-quality solar cells, the rated power of 100W solar panels is greater than or equal to 100W. In actual use, due to the influence of sunlight and angle, the general output power will be 80-90W. If you use the AC adapter to charge the Explorer 290, the normal output power is about 60W.
