This little device saves the day every day by allowing me to display the unusual lamps that I build, as well as to check the various used products that I sell which need to be proven operable. As I live in a hurricane-prone area, I anticipate that it will be charging my phone and providing temporary power when we inevitably lose electric service. Wish I could afford the solar panels to charge it but having the option to simply plug it in to recharge is doing it for me now. GREAT product which I frequently recommend to my customers and fellow vendors.

We were without power for 10 days. Our constant challenge was where to charge our mobile devices. Nowadays everything we all use is a rechargeable device. We survived the Hurricane the best way we could. After the storm I researched and purchased this unit. I have tested it with multiple devices, even multiple laptops. I stored it for a few months and took it out again... The results: It maintains power, recharges my devices even afte putting it away for a few months. It is portable and small enough you can store it anywhere, on a shelf, under the cabinet. As an added accessory you can purchase a solar panel charger. For now I don't see the need for it. Hopefully this notes have been helpful.

Powerful Generator

I use it every night for my business. I plug two string lights, phones, speaker and still wont finish its charge. It is a very affordable product for what it offers and it is the best brand out there.

Impressive little battery portable generator

Charged fully in 3hrs, and tested on plugged in the Sony HDTV 65” @ 180W, and it lasted for 1.5hr. If it was a smaller TV like 32”, it will last 4.5hr. My 2nd test was plugged in my desktop computer with 24” monitor and it lasted 26hrs. This is impressive considering the little size of the Jackery 290

CPAP Camping Savior

I have not been camping in years because I have to use a CPAP machine when I sleep. This machine allowed me to use my machine for two nights without a problem. I still had enough battery to charge my phone and operate a small fan for those two nights in the tent. I highly recommend this product.

We went for a week and we only had to charge it for a few minutes at the end of the week! (Charging 2 phones and 2 headlamps every night)

If power goes out at my work site, I can charge all my devices in my car at once. I keep it plugged into my car power port so anytime my engine is on, the jackery is charging. I bought it for $180 bucks so the price was too good to pass up. Most other comparable units can be $250 to $350. So the price was really the deal maker for me. I am satisfied :-)

Sold as a "Solar Generator" without a Solar Panel?

The box was sealed.

I let it charge and the used it at a yard sale. I used it to power a television and charge my phone and a Bluetooth speaker! What a great tool to have!
