I don’t think it can. I’ve plugged in a lamp to it, nothing huge, and the battery does decrease a good sum hourly. I could be wrong, and your cpap machine might use less energy. I know it’ll last a few hours, but I don’t know about 8. You’d have to try it I guess.

But I would think if you'd use it while it's plugged in charging it would go to solar power if your home's electricity went out. This way by the time you woke up (subtracting the amount of time your electricity outage) your generator would be under the 7 hour solar limit.
