“Both of my headphones are connected between them and to my phone but one of them is not reproducing any music, I can play pause in it and music stops but there is no way any sound is coming from it. I have tried to use it in mono setting, did not help”

Unpair your headphones mono is if your going to use one earbuds. Search up the buds again on bluetooth and connect with "true live" and should connect both headphones.
