• Put both earbuds back into the charging box. Take them back out of charging box. Then the-insert left earbud, followed by the right. There will be a tone that alerts you when both earbuds are working.

• I had this problem my second day of using them. I put them both back in the charger, waited ten seconds and the took them back out and they both worked.
