• Yes, anything that supports standard Bluetooth. That includes any TV soundbars, home assistant devices, headphones, car stereos, etc that support the Bluetooth standard.

• At least when used on my phone the answer is no. If you try to activate two like I did without reading the phone message more carefully you will find that only one speaker can be used at a time and it will default to the last device activated.
