Thanks for reaching out. Our JBL PartyBox 710 does not require charging since it doesn’t have a built-in battery and operates only when plugged into a power outlet. We recommend checking your TV’s power or audio output to ensure it stays active, and also verifying that the power cable is securely connected to both the speaker and the outlet.
