QuestionI am having trouble getting the red LED light that indicates it is charging to stay on. It comes on then goes out maybe 30 seconds later. Brand new out of the box. I don't think it's a short because I set them down and don't touch them.

- Answer The REFLECT MINI BT comes with a factory charge so it is usable out of the box. Charging is indicated when the headset shows a constant red light. The only time that the LED would go out is when the battery is fully charged. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the store where you purchased it from and they will be able to help.

QuestionWhy won’t the blue light turn off? It’s just solid blue. I’ve tried resetting it but just comes back to solid blue?

- Answer 10/26/2019 - I was having the same problems with the JBL Reflect Contour 2 wireless ear phones purchased a month ago, They freeze during startup and wouldn’t do anything. But the Blue LED stayed on until the battery drained. Once recharged they operated normally until they froze up again. In total it happened 5 times in a month. Then they wouldn’t pair with my iPhone XS (new phone) any longer. So I took them back to Best Buy for a refund. And was informed the return policy is only good for 15 days, even on defective products, Don’t buy them until JBL corrects the defects!

QuestionHow do you turn off the voice prompts? It keeps saying "battery low" over and over once the battery reaches 30%. Seriously annoying
