Thank you for your inquiry. Our JBL Soundgear Clips has a Bluetooth range of up to 30 feet however walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede this. Ensure that you are always within 10 feet of your device with a clear line of sight (no obstacles) to avoid interference.
