“Are these earbuds good for sleeping. All I want is effective noise canceling”

• I think these are effective for noise-canceling, except mine easily fall out of my smaller than average ears. I'm 6'1" 170 lbs, male.

• Thank you for your inquiry. Our JBL Tune Buds offer decent noise cancellation, they might not be the ideal choice for sleeping. In-ear headphones can be uncomfortable to wear for extended periods, especially while sleeping.
