Because this is BestBuy.com, not BestBuy.de. Best Buy does not have locations in Germany or ship to countries outside of those their websites are operated in. Best Buy is currently limited to North America. You will need to find an international retailer that will ship to Germany. You will also need to confirm that the earbuds have been released in Germany.
