• Yes, our JBL Vibe Beam 2 has volume control. We recommend connecting your headphones to our JBL Headphones App after pairing them with your device. In the app, go to "Gestures" and tap on Customized Gesture and select Volume Control.

• Volume is controlled by the device to which I connect the ear buds ie: my computer's or my phone's volume control.
