“Has anyone used these in a call center environment? Curious in regards to durability and call quality compared to wired headsets in general”

• I use mine at work in my office... connecting works great... i can hear the caller but the caller can also hear everyrhing else around me as well... so i shut my door to avoid any background noise.

• Probably not if there is a high level of background noise. I tried them on a commercial airliner and they were virtually useless. Next time I will take my noise-cancelling headphones.
