how do you turn up volume..... I cant null

To turn up the volume on the JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Earbuds, single tap the right earbud. Each tap will increase the volume by one level. You can also press and hold the right earbud to continuously increase the volume.

I use them with my iPhone and all I can tell you is that I adjust the volume through the phone. I don't know that it can be done through the earbuds.
