This may be kind of a dumb response, but I had the same problem, and then realized that I'd been putting the Left bud in the Right bud slot and vice versa. Now buds fully charged after just a few minutes.

Found a fix on another site. You can do a "hard reset" by holding the power and volume buttons for 10secounds. Not sure if all, just power and 1 volume or both volume. I tried several combinations and afterward I unplugged and replugged it and it started charging. The problem only seems to happen when you run it completely out of power. So if you just shut them off when it starts the beeping low power message you should be good.

I just bought mine in June 24, 2019 & it's only been a little over 2 months and now I'm having the same thing problem you are. I filed a warranty claim but honestly don't think it is going to do me any good to have hope the company will help me out. Saying this bc I can't find the receipt or box to show any proof of purchase & from what it said in an email for confirmation and my case number, you must have proof of purchase in order to have the warranty be valid. Even if I/anyone else did/does have the proof of purchase, it's still completely up to them if it was something you did to cause the issue or if it's something on their part. Let's say I go ahead & mail out the earbuds and turns out they say I'm the 1 who caused them to malfunction but in all reality it's really bc of them. How would anyone really know what the truth is & I'm no one special compared to a company that's got a name for themselves. Anyways, it seems to be logical for me to just go ahead and trash the earbuds I once loved and thought I made a good decision for buying them. Same thing the company did with my money and happiness, right? 
To anyone else who happens to come across this...IF YOU'RE PLANNING ON BUYING THESE...DONT! SAVE YOUR $$ FOR SOME WORTH IT!! IF YOUVE ALREADY BOUGHT THEM, IM SORRY & I FEEL YOUR FRUSTRATION BELIEVE ME!!

These headphones are straight garbage. I've had them fro 3 days and cant get them to charge. Will be going back to best buy to get my money back and get skull candys like I should've in the first place

I bought these headphones on 3/6/2020, and on 3/9/2020, I was not able to charge them, reset them, or anything. Do not buy these headphones at all. I am returning and swapping out for something else, but save yourself some money and headache and don't get them. Waste

So i had the same issue turns out the chargingnport was just dirty
And had gunk st the bottom of my headphones charging connections port
So clean off charging connecting spots maybe that would work

You have the make sure the case is at least 50% charged. I say 50% because charging them less won't even charge both earbuds fully.

I tried everything people had said to do and I still can't get them to charge. Maybe it's because they're using the Bluetooth earbuds or something?! Got gf new buds, said she had same issue. The buds are 2 weeks old haven't charged for a week. Well upon closer inspection the earbuds were flipped. They look like they go in correctly either way but check those letters

I am on my second set in two weeks I never get a flashing white light only a flashing red light and then it goes solid the first set lasted about two days and ran out of charge, I bought another set a fluke as I like the fit
Nothing in the manual talks about the colors of the lights whether it should be white when it’s fully charged or if the red means it’s not charging

I've found that the metal contacts develop corrosion very easily, that look like black spots. I've cleaned them with a electrode cleaner. Also, I find it's better to leave the lid open, and move the earpiece around until a blue light registers. Leave the lid open until fully charged

David, I got my pair as a gift for Christmas and only used them for the first time about 2 weeks ago. When the power got to medium, I plugged them in to charge and got nothing. I haven't gotten them to charge the first time. I am going to fill out a warranty claim and see if they will replace the charger.

I really like this product but they just stopped charging for no particular reason. This has happened twice now (yes I'm on my second set of JLAB sport ear buds) so I think there is a problem with the charging mechanism. JLAB have been good in that they have refunded me each time, but I think I am going to go with another manufacturer.

I have this same problem and I must say, these Jlab Headphones are really important but low quality. Mine is instead an wireless headphone it comes with an box for charging, so when I put my charger in the box to charge, it instead just blinks an white light on one of the three lights. And instead of buttons, this is like an touch-screen but you don't have an screen headphone. I don't know how you can click both the sound and another button the same time, someone, please help me out, these are really important to me

I got these pair of headphones over a year ago lasted over a year and loved them. Had to get a new pair after a year which made sense to me for the price but recently started working out a lot and sweating a lot more. When I originally got my new pair one of the earbuds stopped working after 3 days went to best buy and got shipped a new pair only for the new warrant pair I got to last a week and a half. 

If you sweat a lot or like to listen to music while working out save yourself the money and don't get these. I'm extremely disappointed because the first pair I got lasted me over a year but to know that if you workout in them and sweat one of the earbuds will just die within a few weeks not worth the money.

Agree with many that these just stopped working. Really liked them for about 3 months then started getting bad reception\static and within 2 weeks they just quit charging. Mine were $30 so not too expensive but still expected them to work for a year or 2! I use the JLab connector with by computer USB. No I get a message that the device malfunctioned when trying to charge. No better luck with a wall USB or another cord.

Just trash them honestly. I wanted to try something different and thought they'd be great for the work I do. I'm going to toss them since my cats took off with my receipt and box and then buy the cheap pair I normally get since they've been able to last at least a year with no issues.

Make sure the earbuds are in the right charging spot in the case. The blue light in the case will blink slowly when charging.

I have been putting my JBuds in the the wrong way. I had the left bud in the right slot and the right bud in the left slot so thats why they were never charging. And now they work like new. My dumb self never tried this. So see if your JBuds are flip flopped ( they probably are ). They mix up

I have found the answer to get these j us to charge. I seems like the 2 little metal contacts on the case don't fully touch the contacts on the ear phones. The fix have something in the on top of the earbuds while they rest in the case. This guarantees they press on the contacts. Thank me later jlabs, I'll be waiting for my check or a free pair of the new set you have coming. Lol

Make sure the left is on left and the right on right. I know this seems silly but for the first week I mismatched them and they were on the wrong sides. It’s easy to do, hope this helps.
