• I have not used the cleaning tablets yet, not sure if I’ll get a alert on the machine, you’ve got to empty the old grounds bucket every other day, along with the water tray, washing the water tray to avoid residue build up is necessary also. I’ve had the machine almost one month, I love it!!

• The machine will rinse the spouts routinely when it is turned on. You will need to empty the used grinds and water from the tray regularly. A cleaning tablet is used to clean the internal brew unit (two are included). The frequency is based on daily usage yet one can expect once every 1-2 months. Maintenance videos are on JURA's site.
