Will this a 2000 Lincoln Contential? null

/you can go to the store and they can lookup of they have a kit that can mount with your car. In our case for a 2000 Toyota Corolla, they didn't need a plate and they had the wire harness in stock. If it does fit your car and they dont have a needed part, I think they can order them.
