Q: QuestionHow can you get this box to open the casing it does not open and I have to use it this morning my life depends on it

• A:Answer The middle area allows you to open the case. There is an indentation in the middle there that you shoule be able to see.

• A:Answer I really Loved these when I first got them, but after 15 days the volume to the right speaker is very low and you can barely hear anything!! The worst was that I'm top late to exchange them, just by a couple and days!! Oh well!!
