• You can monitor remotely IF the live feed actually works. The subscription only covers one camera, along with features such as two way talk, person detection, burglary protection. You must purchase each separately

• You can monitor camera from your phone remotely. Each camera has to have a subscription because each camera has theft protection on it if you get the subscription.

• yes, it can be monitored from the app from anywhere. I do not know about four, but they come in a set of two and they are both are covered with a single plan.
