This is has an Intel Celeron N4000 and no graphics card. The processor alone is about a third of the strength of the minimum required processor required to play Gears 4. Then you factor in the lack of video card and this can run almost no 3D games, maybe some N64 or PS1 games might work. Also, with only 2 cores you probably won't be able to run most software to code games, like Unreal Engine or Unity. You could run much lower end stuff like Ren'Py, Source 1, and map editors for the original Doom and Quake.
