• The Kano PC has 2 USB 3.0 ports. You can use any USB devices that are compatible with Windows 10.

• Specifications-->Connectivity lists USB ports. Add them up. There is no mention that the USB ports are not suitable for the purpose they are intended for, so, duh, yes.
