“Does the wall stud to mount the unit have to at the center of the wall where you want mount it?”

• No. You can swing it one direction or the other. So if you mount it to another stud you can swing the arm back towards the direction you want it be located. I am really happy with this mount.

• Forget the center of a wall. Go for a stud or you may need a new TV set from Best Buy.
