• I have a 55' Toshiba and it was easy to mount. The only thing that matters is the size of bolts that fits your tv. So you need to look at the back of the tv (ex. M6, M4, etc.) The stand comes with all possible standard bolts. The only other issue can be the weight of the tv.

• Yes if it's a flat screen. It says it on there that the min size is 37 inch to 65 inch.
