“Volume on earbud headphones I bought the Kate Spade earbud on Sat. I tried pushing the button on cord but it doesn't control the volume it disconnects the call, is this a defect? On the small Manuel enclosed it says it adjust the volume.”

• If you have any other phone than the iPhone then the buttons are probably not going to work with your phone. Mainly because most people have an iPhone so they make it specially for the iPhone. But if you do have an iPhone then it must be ment for android.
