Did you hook up the wire to the e brake? I went out and asked a salesperson about this. I was first gonna skip hooking it up, but I wanted to fully wire the stereo as per the instructions. It is also more experience, knowing how to remove panels to reveal different components! As I was wiring it up, I decided to hook up the wire into the e brake wire. It could have been that reason? I heard the player will not work unless spliced into the e brake?
