“On bluetooth for phone calls we can hear the caller but the caller can't hear anything we are saying unless the vehicle is exited with the phone. Is there a way to turn on the microphone or turn it up? Or was the microphone installed incorrectly?”

• There are no settings to turn the microphone on. It will automatically work once it has been connected. Verify the microphone is connected to the correct port on the back of your DDX376BT.
