“Recently had BestBuy location install this unit in my 08 Chevy Silverado, haven't had a chance to take it back yet but when I get the volume to around 30 the unit will shut off and reboot. Instillation error or problem with the product? Kenwood dnx574”

• Neither, it sounds as if you are overpowering your speakers. Raising the volume on a aftermarket may exceed wattage on factory speaker. If it does overpower speaker, unit turns off for protection.
