“I see that this radio says mobile operating capability android. Does that mean I can put android apps such as Torque Pro on it? I am wanting a radio that I can put the torque app on to monitor gauges my dash doesn’t. I am currently using old phone for it”

Torque Pro isn't a Android Auto or CarPlay app, therefore, you will not see it in these sources. The only way to see this application is to connect phone to the AV-IN port using MHL adapters.
