- Answer No, the DMX7706S does not include built-in navigation. You may connect your compatible Android or Apple device for Android Auto or Carplay which allows you to integrate your phones navigation app.

- Answer The DMX7706S will read the text messages through CarPlay or Android Auto. Confirm your phone supports CarPlay or Android Auto and connect the device via USB.

- Answer Sorry for the problem you are having. I do not know how to get it working again. However, I had my unit installed by Best Buy Geek Squad last week. They stand behind the install and emphasized that if I haVe any issues at all, bring it back. They stand behind their work. Perhaps they can’t assist you with the fix. Good luck.

QuestionI plugged a 3.5 aux into the back of the radio to play music from my phone yet nothing happens, no sound and I cant find any option onscreen to select the aux input. What am I missing? I've went through the manual and every setting I can find onscreen.

QuestionWith one USB as main interface, is the option to use USB Mp3 files, or Apple CarPlay, or Photo Frame Widget?! What's the point if you can't do all three at once? Also, how does one keep the photos from rolling?

- Answer You can only use 1 source at a time. Using USB, Carplay photos at the same time is not an option. If the demonstation mode is turned on, this can be turned off by acessing the menu > Setup > Special > Demo >off.

- Answer Depends on which model iPhone you have. I have a 7 plus and it doesn't work with my phone. My boyfriend has the 10 and it works just fine. According to the user's manual, it is supposed to work with 7+, but it hasn't for me.

- Answer This particular unit does not have Bluetooth Android Auto/Apple CarPlay capabilities. you will have to upgrade to a different model, otherwise it works absolutely flawlessly for me with the Blootoof hooked up and the Apple cable pllugged into the USB-A port. Flawlessly.

- Answer I have Pandora Plus, SiriusXM and Amazon Music Unlimited Ultra HD on my iPhone (and previously on my Android phone) and the icons show up fpr me and I have no problem playing any of those services on my Kenwood unit via CarPlay. It works great! I hook the phone up to Blootoof and attach the Apple cable to my phone (it is plugged into the Kenwood via a USB-A cable) and BAZINGA! I have access to the aforementioned services via CarPlay.
