A:AnswerFrom what I have found, the HOT WATER button will dispense hot water faster than if you don’t push it. When you brew coffee or tea the water needs to go through it slower to steep the grounds or tea leaves and get all the deliciousness out of the pod. If you just want water it can dispense it faster because no need for the steeping process.
A:AnswerThe High Altitude feature can be accessed through the Settings button. When the Coffee Maker is powered off, you are able to access the menu. Click through the menu using the settings button until you see the mountain icon. Make sure the screen says "off." Once successfully disabled, the mountain icon will no longer appear on the screen.
