- Answer Open box means it was on display. Excellent condition means it was returned in the same condition purchased. My Keurig was brand new.

QuestionI have no manual, when I turn the on button to on, how long does it take for the cup size to highlight?

- Answer According to owners manual (I looked it up online) it takes 4 minutes for the machine to heat up, then if you've placed a kcup in the cup holder and selected the size you wish it will automatically begin filly the cup. After the first cup in the morning it takes maybe 30 seconds to refill.

QuestionMY UNIT IS ONLY ABOUT 2 MONTHS OLD. . IT STOPPED WORKING WILL HEAT BUT WHEN YOU PRESS ANY BUTTON FOR COFFEE BREW IT HAS A SMALL STREAM THEN EVERYTHING SHUTS OFF. i HAVE LOVED IT UNTILL NOW. i EVEN TRIED A DIFFERENT ELECTRICAL OUTLET.

- Answer You have hard water. I would clean it at least once a week to prevent mineral build up. If the manual says to clean it once/month. I would clean it twice or more per month
