This DOES have multistream technology. As you can see from the picture it injects water into the cup from five locations to mix the contents better. It drains out the bottom through one puncture.

When I put in the k-cup it makes 5 holes on top and 1 in the bottom. I had a really old Keurig and it was just 1/1.
