• It's just the one blend. It's "multi" in the sense that it has multiple pods.

• Just the Breakfast Blend if that's what flavor it states for the package. Multi Pack just means there's multiple K-Kups in the box. Kinda pointless for them to call it that, but whatever I guess. These are always a good buy at Best Buy.
