Unless you have a power amp attached you won't need any battery changes. I recently installed this set in a '10 Colorado, along with a set of 10" amped subwoofers... the woofers need the power boost, the speakers alone though should meet your desires alone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just got refund for these Kickers. Apparently there's an issue with the OHMS. The Subaru requires 2ohms. The Kickers are at 4ohms. I wasn't informed about this until the service tech started googling info in real time. So much for that.
